Is this a real xStock? Check a token
Anyone can create a token on Solana and call it “Apple xStock”. The real xStocks are all made and controlled by the same five keys, and a copy does not carry them. Paste a token’s address, or type a stock’s symbol, and we tell you which it is.
1,514 tokens carry all five keys · read from the Solana blockchain on 19 October 2026 · checked again every day · the check runs in your browser: what you paste is not sent to us
How we check
- Five keys. Every genuine xStock on Solana names the same five keys: the one that creates new tokens, the one that can freeze a holder’s tokens, the one that can pause all transfers, the one that can move or burn tokens in any account, and the one that can change the token’s name. We read them on the xStocks we measure every day.
- Every token that names them. Once a day we read, straight from the blockchain, every token that names these keys, and keep only those that carry all five.
- Why a copy cannot pass. Anyone can make a token and give it any name and symbol. A copy could only carry these keys by handing the issuer full control of it: the power to create, freeze, pause and take back every token.
- What it does not tell you. Whether a price is fair, or whether you can trade the token where you hold it. A real xStock can still be paused by its issuer, and the check shows when it is.
- Licence-free. Everything here comes from the Solana blockchain. We do not use the issuer’s list or anyone else’s.
xStocks are issued by Backed Assets. This check is independent of the issuer. Measurement, not advice.
